CNC Punch
The components are drafted using our advanced Radan software. The system optimizes sheet sizes, decreases the machine run time, and lowers cost. We have a capacity to punch up to 1/4" thick materials from aluminum to stainless steel, and everything in between.
Raydans Radpunch is designed to provide operators with the tools they require to reduce lead times and optimize punching machines. Radnest extends Radpunch functionality to provide true shaped nests that produce high utilization, manufacturable nests from sheets, off-cuts and remnants delivering substantial savings in material.
The software is specifically focused on the rapid creation and modification of 3D sheet metal parts and assemblies. The system understands the attributes of sheet metal and utilizes user-definable parameters for precise automatic unfolding.
Brake Forming
One of our machines is the EUROMASTER S 160 Ton 10’ it is a High-End Synchro Pressbrake which features excellent bending angle precision. It is a 5-axes CNC pressbrake with electronically controlled beam parallelism and depth-stop setting, allowing us to manufacture complex shapes in a variety of metal types and thickness.
We also have a 55 ton 8’ CNC pressbrake.
Our company bends components efficiently and to close tolerance.
